For breakfast this morning Robert wanted to make a prosciutto and goat cheese egg bake, and it did not disappoint! We layered english muffins, prosciutto, goat cheese, dry provolone, basil, and scallions, then soaked it in a milk and egg custard overnight and baked it off in the morning. Here are our glorious results:
